Delivery Q&A’s:
When can I expect my delivery?
All orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are shipped same day on a next working day delivery i.e. Orders placed on Monday will arrive Tuesday (between 9am - 6pm), IF purchased prior 3pm on Friday wil be dispatched to arrive on the next working day so your item will arrive Monday unless specified otherwise or falls on a bank holiday.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free to most of mainland UK however, certain parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, and any other surrounding islands will carry additional fuel surge charges and a 2-5 day service. Please call for more details.
Will the courier call prior to delivery?
Unfortunately not. However, if you supply a mobile telephone no. upon purchase, you can benefit from a 1hr timed delivery window/ re schedule text message from our courier on the day/date of your parcels arrival. We can dispatch on a next working day service if ordered prior 3pm.
Tracking numbers
When dispatching orders we will attach tracking numbers along with the name of the delivery company sent via email.
Do you offer weekend delivery?
We can offer a Saturday delivery at an extra cost per item.

Will the courier take my order to a room of choice?
Our couriers will take items to your front door on the ground floor only, they are not insured to take them above the ground floor or past the front door.
What if my item is damaged?
If the item(s) or the packaging appears to be damaged you must sign for it as damaged and notify us within 24 hours of receiving your item(s).
Where is my order?
In the unlikely event of not receiving your order within the allotted delivery time for that particular item, you must notify us immediately so that we can locate the order and where necessary provide a replacement.

Returns:
If for any reason you decide that you want to return your purchase or any part thereof, you must notify us via the email messaging system within 14 days of receipt of goods. We will only refund unwanted items that are unopened, unused, in their original packaging and ready for resale. Please note that the customer will be liable for the cost of returning unwanted items.
Damages:
It is the customers responsibility to make sure the delivered goods have arrived in perfect condition before signing for them, if they appear to be damaged you must sign for them as damaged for us to be able to process any replacements or refunds. We cannot replace any item that is not signed for as damaged in line with our couriers terms and conditions. We carefully check all items before dispatch, but in the unlikely event of any problems with your order you must message us via the email messaging system within 24 hours of receiving your goods so that we can deal with the problem immediately. We will always ask for photos of damages or problems where possible so that we can take the appropriate action.
